ART 1.   U.S. 2.65" James Bolt for Wiard Rifle.
Extremely rare bolt (Rarity 10) in mint non-excavated condition. If you like rare Artilley projectiles like I do, You will love this little baby. There are only 3 of these in existence and this is the finest. Provenance unknown.

ART 2.   U.S. 6.4" James Bolt.
Rare and in amazing condition. Here is what you need to make any Artillery collection stand out. This thing is flat out impressive. Probably a Battlefield pick up from Fort Pulaski near Savannah, GA. Which along with Fort Fisher, is the only place these were used. Delivery to show or pick up at the shop only.

ART 3.   U.S. 4.62" James Bolt for Rifled 12 Pounder.
Extremely rare bolt (Rarity 10) Only very few of these known to exist. This is the only one in mint condition, probably an early Vicksburg pickup.

ART 4. Excavated Confederate 3.67" Selma Broun Shell.
Extremely rare and in excellent condition. Found with 12 others in the Alabama River near Selma, AL.

ART 5.  Dug 3.3" CS James pattern bolt.
Another extremely rare CS projectile in great condition. Verbal provenance of Shiloh Battlefield. The only other place these have been dug is Murfeesboro, TN. and Port Hudson, La.

ART 6.  Dug U.S. 3" Hotchkiss Case Shot Nose.
Nice example that still has the case shot balls rattling inside it. Dug on the Dubose farm which was in the heart of the July 20, 1864 Peachtree Creek Battlefield before it was developed.

ART 7. Dug .984" Confederate "Peck" Bullet.

I cannot emphasize how rare this projectile is, especially in dropped condition. It measures approx. 1" in diameter and 1.821" in length and was dug near Columbia, SC. More research is currently being done on this unusual, huge bullet. Directly from the personal collection of the late Albert Jewell of Wilmington, NC.

ART 8. Dug 1.2" Confederate or Federal Experimental Projectile.

Very rare bullet (or bolt) that measures 1.2" at the skirt and 2.15" in length. The actual weapon that fired this projectile is unknown. It was dug with 3 others in a Confederate Camp near Warrenton, VA. by Steve Griebel. It appears identical in pattern to the ringless .69 caliber "Prussian" bullet that is labelled #211 in McKee and Mason. Any additional info on this extremely rare experimental round would be appreciated.

ART 9.  U.S. 4.2" Type III Parrot Shell.
This superb shell was found in the cellar of an old house in Fredericksburg, VA. and not doubt was picked up as a souvenir shortly after one of the battles. West Point type fuse adaptor unscrews and the brass Sabot is completely intact with crisp rifling. This is an end of the road 30lb. Parrott.

ART 10. Dug Confederate 12lb. Cannister Round.
Complete with all 15 1.63" balls, base and lid. These were dug together by James Grant in a Confederate Artillery position defending Savannah, GA. Originally packed 3 layers deep in sawdust within a thin tin can. Easy to reconstruct if one wishes. Rare to find in such good condition.

Super nice example of the common Confederate wood and paper time fused Shell. Dug by the late J.B. Harrell in Colbert County, Alabama.

Lead plug "sideloader" cut in half where you can see the fuse, shrapnel, lead plug and powder chamber.

ART 13. Pack of paper time fuzes.
Complete and original package with original string. "10 Paper time fuzes 10 sec. to an inch" is handwritten on the front. Great piece for rounding out an Artillery collection. Possibly Confederate.

ART 14.  Dug Large U.S. Artillery hat pin.
1840's era crossed cannons dug near Fairfax, VA. Perfect condition but missing attachment loops. This is a very rare Artillery insignia.
